Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of Ordo360, a service operated by ORDO360 (Proprietor: Anjali) (“ORDO360”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
In these Terms, “Seller” means you, the business using Ordo360, and “Customer” means a person who messages the Seller on WhatsApp.
1. What the service does
Ordo360 connects to the Seller’s own WhatsApp Business number and uses an AI assistant to answer their Customers, record orders, send payment links, and send order and shipping updates. It also provides a dashboard for products, orders, messages and analytics, and a public catalogue page.
We provide the software. We are not a party to any sale between a Seller and their Customer.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You must be running a lawful business and must give accurate business details.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, and for keeping your login and any API keys you enter secure.
- One WhatsApp Business number may be connected to one Ordo360 account at a time.
3. Fees
A new account starts on a free trial that ends after 7 days or 300 AI replies, whichever comes first. After that, the service is charged as a base fee of ₹999 per month or ₹9,999 per year, plus ₹2 for every AI reply, taken from a prepaid wallet. Current prices are on the Pricing page.
We take no commission on your sales. If the base fee is unpaid or the wallet is empty, the AI stops replying until it is paid or topped up; your data is not deleted.
Refunds and cancellation are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Payments from your Customers
The Seller connects their own payment gateway account. Payment links are created on that account and the money settles directly to the Seller’s bank under the Seller’s own agreement with that gateway. ORDO360 does not collect, hold or process money paid by Customers.
The Seller is solely responsible for fulfilling orders, for refunds to their Customers, for any gateway fees on those transactions, and for all taxes on their sales.
5. WhatsApp and third-party services
The service depends on third parties, including the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta), the Seller’s payment gateway, our hosting and database providers, and the AI provider that generates replies. Use of Ordo360 is also subject to those providers’ own terms and policies.
If one of them suspends, limits or changes its service, parts of Ordo360 may stop working. We will do what we reasonably can, but we do not control them.
By signing up, you agree to receive messages from Ordo360 on WhatsApp about your own account and billing — your wallet, your plan and your trial. These go to the number you sign in with, or to the alert number you set in Settings, and you can change or remove that number at any time. They are account notices, not marketing.
6. AI-generated replies
Replies are generated automatically and can be wrong. They are sent in the Seller’s name, from the Seller’s number, and the Seller is responsible for them as if they had written them.
The Seller can switch the AI off for any chat, or for the whole account, at any time from the dashboard. We recommend reviewing conversations regularly, particularly for prices, stock and delivery promises.
7. What you must not do
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, or anything that breaks WhatsApp's own policies.
- Sell anything illegal, or anything prohibited by WhatsApp, Meta or your payment gateway.
- Use the service to mislead or defraud Customers.
- Upload content you have no right to use, or anyone else's personal data without a lawful basis.
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Resell or white-label the service without our written permission.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and must do so where a provider such as Meta requires it.
8. Your data
You keep ownership of your business data and your Customers’ data. We process it to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the Customer data you put into the service.
9. Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ORDO360 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost sales, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose and (b) ₹1,000 — so an account still on the free trial, which has paid nothing, is not left with a cap of zero.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. We will give at least 15 days’ notice of a material change, in the dashboard and by email to the address on your account, before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept it; if you do not, you can close your account under section 12 before the change takes effect.
12. Termination
You can stop at any time. Cancel from your dashboard or write to contact@ordo360.com. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. The service runs until the end of the period you have already paid for; fees already paid are not refunded, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 7, that has an unpaid balance, or where a provider such as Meta or a payment gateway requires it. Except where the breach makes it unsafe to wait, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
After an account closes, you have 30 days to ask us for an export of your data — products, orders and conversation history. Write to contact@ordo360.com from the account’s registered email. After those 30 days the data is deleted and cannot be recovered, except for records we must keep by law (for example payment and accounting records).
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ORDO360 against any claim, demand, fine, loss or reasonable legal cost brought by a third party — including a Customer, a provider such as Meta, or an authority — arising out of:
- the products or services you sell, how you describe them, their price, delivery, quality, safety, or your failure to fulfil or refund an order;
- replies sent from your WhatsApp number, including AI-generated replies, which are sent in your name and are your responsibility under section 6;
- the Customer or other personal data you put into the service, and whether you had a lawful basis for it;
- your breach of these Terms, of a provider's own policies, or of any law that applies to your business.
We will tell you promptly about any such claim and will not settle it without your agreement. This section does not apply to a claim caused by our own breach of these Terms.
14. Force majeure
Neither party is in breach of these Terms because of a failure or delay caused by something outside its reasonable control — including an outage or policy change at Meta, WhatsApp, a payment gateway, an AI provider, our hosting or database provider, or an internet or power failure, and including natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strike or government order. We will tell you what we know and resume as soon as we reasonably can. This does not excuse a payment you already owe.
15. Severability
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, that part is treated as removed (or narrowed to the least extent needed to make it enforceable) and the rest of these Terms continues to apply.
16. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about Ordo360. They replace any earlier discussion, email, demo, screenshot or marketing material. Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhiwani, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
